Membership Engagement Specialist

The Cape Chamber supports hundreds of businesses in the region as the leading business and community development organization in the area. To keep the Cape Chamber’s ecosystem humming, our Membership Engagement Specialist leads our organizational sales efforts to recruit and maintain our business and organization partnerships, memberships and sponsorships that support the work of the chamber.

As the Membership Engagement Specialist key areas of focus and responsibility:

• Meeting with businesses to discuss the Cape Chamber membership program.
• Work one on one with members to help them understand and maximize their membership.
• Work with members to identify sponsorship opportunities for Chamber events and programs.
• Maintain communication with Chamber staff on Sponsors and program/event activities.
• Coordinating Activities and meetings for the Chamber Ambassador’s
• Develop and execute strategies to retain and grow membership with the Chamber.
• Coordinate membership engagement events in partnership with members sponsors and host.
• Provide Regular updates on membership activity and keep accurate records in CRM program.
• Coordinate activities and awards that recognize our members for the Annual Dinner
• Collaborate with other Chamber Staff on programs and activities.

• Pay Range: $19.00 - $22.00/hr. Excellent hours: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
