Sr. Inventory Control Coordinator

You will be responsible for inventory accuracy and movement in and out of the system, work closely with a team of people from production to shipping and will work directly for a Team Leader as principle technical advisor for overall system performance and as a facility subject matter expert. If you enjoy working in a digital and automated environment, this is a great opportunity that only requires an ability to learn the role through in-depth training that is provided. • Responsible for maintaining the operation at peak efficiency through standard routines and your learned insight.
• Respond swiftly and effectively to systems, logic or physical issues that hold up throughput.
• Support First Expiry / First Out product management by close monitoring of the system performance.
• Manage product quarantine or inspections required by the factory.
• Work directly with Team Leaders, Warehouse administration, and communicate with other ASRS Specialists, Warehouse Technicians, Production Personnel, Operations Planning Management, and QA.  Additionally, you will be part of a network of peers at other factories and Headquarters support staff.
• Lead or participate in shift handover meetings and other continuous improvement activities, effectively applying the lean methodologies appropriate to eliminate waste and deliver results.
• Collaborate with teams across multiple departments for continuous improvement efforts. 
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
