Meet & Greet Registration

We are excited to welcome you to our inaugural event and appreciate your participation! Details of the event are below. Please register no later than March 11, 2022, if you or a representative plan to be in attendance and would like to secure a booth space. 

Candidate Meet & Greet Additional Details:

• General Information
  • Each candidate will be provided a skirted table to display your items (Booth location and table size will be determined based on number of attending candidates. All candidates will have the same sized tables.)
  • Candidates will be arranged alphabetically with a map provided to attendees at entrance
  • The event will be open to Chamber Members and community members with designated timing for each
  • Attendee contact information will not be shared with candidates
  • Hand sanitizer will be available to participants and candidates; masks will be optional 
• Allowed
  • One yard sign (approx. size 18x24)
  • Palm Cards/Handouts for distribution
  • Business Cards
• Not Allowed
  • Distribution of yard signs
  • Banners
  • Tablecloths
  • Tablets or computers with video displays
  • Absolutely no opponent bashing or unbecoming behavior (if this becomes an issue, candidates will be asked to leave)

While this event is free to attendees and candidates, we are accepting a voluntary $25 booth fee to help cover the cost of location and light appetizers that will be available in an effort to continue hosting events like this in the future.
