About Us
Resilience LLC is a Missouri-based home and community care organization committed to compassionate, dependable, and person-centered support that helps individuals maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life.
Our current services include non-medical in-home care such as personal care, assistance with daily living, toileting and hygiene, mobility assistance, meal preparation, light housekeeping, companionship, respite care, private sitting, transportation, and community support. We provide Consumer Directed Services (CDS) for eligible individuals through applicable Medicaid programs and support caregiver choice when available.
Resilience serves seniors, adults with disabilities, individuals needing daily-living assistance, and families seeking dependable support for a loved one. Our current service area includes Cape Girardeau, Scott, Perry, and Bollinger Counties.
Coming Soon: Resilience is expanding into In-Home Services (IHS), including private-pay opportunities, and working toward future Missouri Department of Mental Health (DMH) services and Individualized Supported Living (ISL). These expansions will allow us to support more individuals while maintaining our commitment to individualized, respectful care.
Through Resilience Cares, we are also developing community outreach initiatives focused on kindness, encouragement, resource connection, and giving back.
