SUMMARY:Workforce 2030 Conference
DESCRIPTION:In partnership with the Missouri Chamber of Commerce and Industry\, our members have access to the following virtual program at a discounted rate! When prompted\, please list Cape Girardeau Area Chamber of Commerce as the local Chamber that referred you to the event.\n\n\n\nIn today's fierce competition for growth\, workforce is the most effective tool for attracting jobs and business investment. Even during high unemployment numbers during the pandemic\, many employers still found that they lacked candidates with the right skills. We need to upskill and reskill workers who find themselves unemployed or underemployed due to the pandemic as Missouri seeks to grow its economy and recover from the impacts of COVID-19. Over the coming decade\, companies will locate themselves where they have access to a top-quality workforce. We want to ensure that place is Missouri.\n\n\n\nThe third annual Workforce2030 Conference will explore the many strategies and programs that Missouri's employers\, educators and organizations can implement to make our state the home of a vibrant talent pool. Stemming from the findings of the Missouri Chamber Foundation report\, Workforce2030\, this collaborative\, multidisciplinary event will offer resources\, knowledge from state and national experts\, and networking opportunities to help Missouri build the world's best workforce.\n\n\n\nAccess to all three virtual events - April 21-23\, 2021 - included in one registration.\n\n\n\nRegister at a discounted rate here!
